From the rugged mountains and dusty courtrooms of Haiti to the spiritually complex streets of the United States, it chronicles the formation of a servant-leader, shaped by adversity, silence, service, and divine revelation.
I share this journey to revisit the past and offer context for my ministry in Boston, Massachusetts. This city's faith intersects with a rich historical heritage, world-class academic institutions, thriving arts and literature, passionate sports culture, civic activism, and iconic architecture. Boston’s neighborhoods are a mosaic of cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds—a home for immigrants, seekers, skeptics, and saints alike.
Amid the city’s sophistication and diversity, I have encountered a hunger that feels strikingly familiar—echoes of what I once witnessed in Haiti. It is the deep human longing to belong, to be seen, and to be empowered.
Beneath the surface are wounds of spiritual emptiness, broken identity, absent mentorship, fractured families, and neglected lives. These realities fuel a growing need—for the truth that heals, a deliverance that frees, an identity that anchors, and meaning that endures.
