Our Life Check Ministry is a community health outreach open to everyone living on Erie Street and members of our church. No appointment is needed—just walk in!

Early Detection Saves Lives

We provide free health screenings including checks for blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Many lives have been positively impacted as individuals discovered elevated health risks they were unaware of—giving them a chance to take timely action.

We’re Here When You Need Us
In addition to our monthly Life Check events, our volunteer team is also available during church hours to check your vital signs in case of an emergency or urgent concern. Don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help care for you.
