Faith as a Guiding Star Faith was not merely a facet of Simon Demosthene’s life—it has been his compass since youth. Answering a spiritual calling early on, he began serving in church leadership at age 19 in both Haiti and Boston. This lifelong commitment ultimately led him to found and serve as Senior Pastor of Global Reach Evangelical Missionary Church in Boston, a Christ-centered, multicultural ministry dedicated to spiritual transformation, biblical teaching, and community empowerment.
As a pastor, Demosthene has not only offered spiritual guidance but has also developed programs focused on youth development and community outreach. His leadership reflects a deep passion for equipping the next generation while addressing the practical and spiritual needs of diverse communities.

He currently extends this mission through the Synthesis Institute for Learning Development, where he continues to champion community-based education, leadership development, and cultural integration.
